The name of this pattern, Cherry Cola Cardigan, comes from the colors designer Karen Whooley used, along with the fact that a sock yarn is used to create the piece. It reminds her of the 1950s, “sock hops,” and cherry colas! The pattern is a classic cardigan yet with modern features that will always keep it in fashion – unlike the old soda shop!
This intermediate-level pattern uses 660 to 1315 yards of yarn (depending on size) and a Size E (3.5 mm) crochet hook.
