The Seaside Shawl by Karen Whooley is crocheted in a lace pattern that gives beautiful drape and flow. The airy shell stitch undulates from narrow to wide and back again to give you the illusion of waves. Edged with a similar pattern this shawl is wide enough to cover you on a chilly day.

This intermediate-level shawl pattern is created using 1280 yards of lace weight yarn and a Size E (3.5 mm) crochet hook.
