Strawberry Bag

Learn how to crochet this adorable strawberry pouch! In this video Brenda K. B. Anderson demonstrates step-by-step how to create this sweet accessory using basic crochet stitches. You will learn how to work in the round, how to increase just the right amount to create the cute strawberry shape, and how to create a more flexible fabric at the top of the bag for cinching with the drawstring.

With the exception of the seed-embroidery, you will not need to do any sewing! The strawberry bag itself (including the leaves) is made all in one piece. Drawstrings are made separately, and woven through holes along the top of bag. When the drawstrings are cinched, the leaves magically come together beautifully at the top of the bag and the bag will stay closed!
