    This is lovely. I plan to make white ones as tree ornaments, but I'd like to try attaching only the bottom half and leaving the top half unattached (maybe with a small tie to keep it closed) so I can change the photos. I'm thinking of adding photo of my grandchildren that is updated each year, keeping previous ones in the pocket.

    In the printed pattern you mention 'into next stitch' but in the video you don't mention it. You mention skip two. That is confusing.

    Wouldn't be easier to apply the fabric stiffener only after attaching the back piece?
